Default Wire

Hi, In the engine area of my 1974 I have two units on the driver side. One on each side of speedometer sending unit. They have hyd lines connnected to the bottom and wires on top. The one on the left side has a loose white wire. I don't know what the units are and where the wire goes. I thought it went to ground but I'm guessing. I would like to have someone who has a 70's Newell to look at theirs and tell me where it goes.

Hopefully a Classic owner will chime in here. Are they hydraulic lines or air lines? If they are air lines, it sounds like the solenoids for air suspension in later model coaches.

Hi Bill
My '78 has the cruise control box and the fuel filter mounted in that area of the firewall.
