Is one newell chassis better then another?
I am finally close to buying! I'm looking at 2 different Newells.
First, is the 1985 - Newell & Second, is the 1990 Newell Coach
What is the difference between the chassis?
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Especially the difference between the chassis.

To my knowledge there is no difference between a classic newell designed chassis and current production. When I went through the factory tour I am positive Newell Coach said they have never changed their chassis design.

Phil's comment is correct for all rear engine Newells. Front engine Newells had a distinctly different chassis. Although Newell built his first rear engine chassis prototype in 1970 and his first diesel powered motorhome in 1972, Newell would build and sell front engine coaches until 1976.
