Default Changing Clearence Lights Due to Moisture Entering

I have to change out three clearance lights due to moisture getting into them. They look watertight, but they have signs of water in the lens. I don't where they could be leaking. How do you prevent this? Anyone experience this problem?

Some good old clear silicone sealant will to the trick. Put in new bulbs, clean it up and re-make the seals.

Make sure the weep hole is on the lower side of the lens.
