Default Drapes in my classic coach

Guys, I'm looking for suggestions on how to fix my original factory style drapes. I prefer these drapes, because they are double thick, with a white side toward the window, with thick fabric toward the interior of the coach. These really help keep the cold out. This issue I'm having has been bugging me for a long while, so here goes. The interior fabric has shrunk up, exposing the white material behind it all along the seams. Both materials have nice hems in them too.
