Caring for your Recreational Vehicle. Feel free to add to the list.

# 1. Wash and wax more frequently in salt water spray areas.

# 2. Never use lacquer thinner, strong solvents or abrasives.Use a soft cloth and paste wax to remove most spots and stains.

# 3. Semi-annual inspections and maintenance of your RV is essential to receive the maximum satisfaction from your investment.

# 4. It is recommended that you do a visual inspection of your unit before and after each use and sixth month and annual inspections be done to ensure that the sealants are water tight.

# 5. Inspect for rust periodically and repaint with rust-proof enamel when necessary.

# 6. When your unit is not in use for more than 1 week,ALL water should be drained from the fresh water system.

# 7. The most common cause of slide-out malfunction is low battery voltage.Be sure the batteries are adequately charged.Reduce the electrical load by turning off all 12 volt lights and appliances when operating slides.

# 8. Always use an accurate torque wrench to tighten wheel nuts.Use of a torque wrench reduces the effort required to tighten the wheel nuts.
