Trac-King King Dome In Motion Satellite Troubleshoot
Our Newell came with a King Dome In Motion Satellite. Dish came out yesterday and installed new receivers but the tech wasn't able to get the switch to lock on all 3 satellites. We could get 110 and 119 which are all of the channels, but we have HD and need 129 too. So today after we moved the rig to a different location, thinking that perhaps trees were in the way...and it still wouldn't lock on. I called and spoke with King Dome and they explained how to reset the panel, but that didn't make a difference. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what did you do to resolve it? Thanks,Lou

When the King Dome is locked onto the satellites, go to setup on the receiver (611) then do a check switch function. That might cause the receiver to lock onto all of the signals. May not work, but just a thought.
