Default Domestic Water Temperature

I have the AquaHot system that produces hot water for heating as well as domestic use. The water temperature in the AquaHot is maintained at a higher temperature than is safe for domestic use and incorporates a temperature controlled mixing valve on the domestic water.

My water temperature was controlled at about 107 degrees and I wanted it slightly hotter. The mxing valve is adjustable and located near the bottom of the AquaHot system and slightly behind the diesel pump and burner assembly. I was unable to get it to turn with my limited access and decided to remove the burner assembly to get at the valve. The attached picture shows the valve with the burner moved out of the way. I was then able to turn the valve. If you look at the picture you can see the two red marks that were lined up before I made my adjustment. The water temperature is now 117 degrees. Russ
