1993 390 at Parliament?

I see that Parliament Coach has listed a 1993 390 for $69k It doesn't have a tag axle, is this a problem with carrying capacity? It does say 24.5 tires. Does anyone have any thoughts on this model? Any specific problems to look out for? Anyone know the previous owners? They listed it on ebay but have it listed on their website as $69k sold as is. Thanks, Forest Olivier getting closer
