Default Hilton Head Island MotorCoach Resort Newell Spotted!!

Saw a late model Newell (montana plates), gray, silver and black with a white jeep wrangler unlimited (new jersey plates) pull in yesterday on a RV lot on the lake. We own a huge deluxe pull through clubhouse lot here. Have not met them yet. Two weeks ago, we had Rory Sabbatini as our Newell neighbor when he was here playing in the Heritage Golf tournament. 400 lots here and we only see a few a year.

Sweet......... They probably just register the Newell in Montana under an LLC. I know a guy that sets those deals up for folks. Save a ton on taxes and registration. A few years back we were out in NC and looked at a nice lake community somewhere not to far from Fayetteville like on that on a lake. It was absolutely gorgeous. There seem to be quite a few in those areas. I like it when they are not crowded.

We used Action Services info
Got it done in a couple days using email. They have some LLC's already registered you can purchase which can save you a couple days.

Yes, with every coach I have ever owned, I have had a Montana LLC. I have a lifetime tag costs $0 dollars per year, and I pay Bennett Law Firm in Missoula MT. $125 a year to keep the corp records updated and file what they need to file. They are very good, and since I am in the RV business, I know of a few hundred clients that have been very happy with them.

We love Hilton Head Island. Its nice to own in a class A gated resort on the island and have a 5 minute bike ride to the ocean. Its also nice to own on an island where the average sales price for a home right now is $900k and our little slice of paradise is under a $100k with property taxes $200 a year and maint fees $175 a month with internet, water, sewer, cable....everything but electric...Very affordable for a home base!!!

Both Action and Bennett are good choices. I have used Bennett and Deer Creek. It's always easier and less to use someone in Helena since that is where the secretary of state is. The registration will be in the LLC name. You can physically live and have a license anywhere in the country it doesn't matter.

Here is Bennett's website: Montana LLC

Here is Deer Creek website: Montana RV Registration | MT Registered Agents | Tax-Free Montana LLC : Deer Creek Corporate Services

Here is another for reference: My Montana LLC vehicle registration

I agree!! Was thinking about selling lot, as values are going up pretty fast, but I think we are going to keep it as a home base. I havent found a place quite like it anywhere. Nothing like having the ocean and beaches, 100 restaurants, shopping, dozens of golf courses and all within a mile of our site!!!
