Default Halogen ceiling lights

I have one of the 2" halogen ceiling lights burnt out. I have the replacement, but I'm not sure how to remove the ring to gain access to the bulb. Could you help?

Thanks in advance...........

Mine has small tabs that hold the lense/ring in place. I rotate it c/clockwise slightly to disengage those tabs.
