Default No Heat From Engine Any Idea's

Hi,

Well things you don't find out about until the temperature changes a bit.

We took off early this morning and I needed some heat while I was driving. But nothing but cold air the entire trip (about 2 hours). The engine temp is fine even up sharp grades.

What could it be ?

Thank you

David

Hello, I just went through the same problem, not sure how new yours is but mine has a couple of valves near the water pump inline with the heater hoses, there could also be a pump activated by a switch i was told in another thread, hope this helps!

Thanks Keith I will go take a look. Hopefully its only a valve or such and its an easy fix.

I've always used an infrared thermometer to help isolate problems. It'll save a lot of time and experimentation.
