Cabinet Door Strut Availability?
Hello Newell owners! Just arrived at this site.
I am trying to locate some replacement cabinet door struts. The part number off of one of the struts shows GM HDWRE (which I assume means GM Hardware) with a #46514 stamped on it. I found a source here on the web but they only carry a strut that has an overall length of 6 1/4" and the ones on my coach have an overall length of 7 1/2". The price for the slightly shorter ones was less than $4.00 a pc, which is reasonable enough.
Any suggestions as to where one could find these at a reasonable price?

i found mine on ebay. all you need to know is a few measurements, like stroke and total length and diameter etc.

Tom is right the best prices are on Ebay. If you can't find what you are looking for try this site spdhardware.com

I appreciate the quick response. I did an ebay search and found probably the same ones you both are referring too. The ones on ebay are about an inch shorter than the ones on my coach. Were the replacements any of you have used the same length as the old ones? Or did you by chance relocate the mounting points?

when i bought mine last year on ebay, i bought 20 of them and was able to specify what exact ones i wanted. all the ones i got are exact replacements and required no changes.
i also got all new brackets with them, but have not used them.
i paid 150 dollars for 20. (bay doors and the two up front)
