Nope, one way in and the same way out. No windows, no hatches!!! only about 8' X 4'.
I just noticed the solar panel??? Not sure about how he would exit in an emergency but there we are.

Now I'm curious, what kind of rig is he pulling the trailer with? If he has solar maybe his accommodations on the inside aren't too bad? Small and with no windows or emergency exits are definitely not a good idea though.
