Default Purchased 1997 last week

Just purchased a 1997 in Indiana, traded our 1993 Bluebird Wanderlodge. Learning curve on the Newell is a little steep right now so will have questions shortly. Anyone on the forum from Northern WI or Michigan's Upper Peninsula?

Congrats on the purchase, you will find the folks here seem to love answering questions, by far the best forum I've ever found. Don't forget about Newell themselves, the service dept will take the time to answer questions and walk you thru procedures, I've never seen a company that seems to care more about it's customers.

To this forum! Congratulations on your recent acquirement of a Newell. You have joined a very caring and thoughtful bunch around here. It looks like you have went from one great coach make to another. Sounds like you can share from the Wanderlodge prospective as well and we will gladly regard any of that knowledge too. Ask any questions you have about Newell's when you have them and we will strive at giving you quality responses.

There are a few owners from your neck of the woods and most are fairly active around here. Hopefully they will see your post and introduce themselves.

Welcome to the Newell family. You have made a wise choice for your next coach. I have owned a Newell since 99 and have been pleasantly surprised, many times, by the vast knowledge one can receive from the owners in this forum. I'm located in Michigan but way down south, about 4 miles from the Indiana state line, but very close to I-69 and the Indiana turnpike. So, if you find yourself heading to that vicinity, give me a heads and maybe we could meet up. Best wishes for safe and happy travels in your new, to you, Newell.

Congratulations on your purchase SMQUANDT! You didn't happen to buy yor Newell through Panterra Coach did you? That is where we just bought our 1990 (we haven't even picked it up yet). I'm not in Northern Wisconsin, but I am in Wisconsin (Lake Mills 53551).

Right bought it at Panterra. Actually it is a 1996, I fat fingered the original post. We are still pushing snow around up here, hope southern WI is snow free.

No snow left, but i'm researching designs for an ark. We're picking up our '90 on Saturday (It's actually at their Michigan location). I've never even owned a tent before so I'm sure I'll be a regular on this site.

Where I'm at in Missouri, we haven't had but probably three full sunny days since winter started which is so strange. I'm starting to think I'm up in the NW. Need to dry the feathers out. Congrats on the new bus!
