Thumbs up Healthy Barbecue & Food Safety Tips
There are some really good tips for all here - Healthy Barbecue & Food Safety Tips - HealthCommunities.com
Thaw safely, Marinate right, Watch for loose brush bristles, don't undercook, pre-cook and more!
With summer here and people having BBQ's and family gatherings and traveling I think it's an important read. Not everyone is aware of some of these things.

I like to keep things clean when barbequing meats and I'm not big on leftovers. Good link with some helpful tips.
