Default State Parks & Alcohol

Hello all, I had booked some weekends though out this coming summer and I just now realized that alcohol is prohibited at all state parks. So basically I am asking is this strictly enforced? I'm not throwing a party, just want to have a beer while relaxing.

Thanks,

Jonesy

Pretty sure that if you did it in the privacy of your coach and didn't flaunt it you would not have any issues.

I agree with MrE. Keep it in your coach and you shouldn't have any problems.

At least here in Cali they do not enforce it at the campsite. Just don't be walking around with an open beer and we try to put koozies on when at the site.

IMO in today's society they are good at creating laws & rules instead of teaching people responsibility. Rather than punishing the irresponsible, society has decided it is easier to just regulate everyone.

Personally, I don't care if someone drinks if they're responsible. I don't care if someone smokes if they're responsible. I don't care if someone owns a gun as long as they are...you guessed it - responsible!

And with all that being said all I have left to say is - if you are going to enjoy a fine cigar you've got to try cognac with it. Name: wine.gif
