Default Tires & Extended Stays at RV Parks

I am sure this has been covered many times, and I kind of remember reading one time that you should always have a barrier between the tires and the parking surface. Will plywood work as the barrier? Would some one tell me where to find the correct info. Thanks Dom

Plywood will work OK, but can/will become waterlogged and conduct moisture. Plywood w/a sheet of plastic (landscape/heavy trash bag/etc) on top would be an easy better barrier. The plywood also serves to raise the tires a bit above the parking surface where water may pool.
