The "big cheese" (more like the rat stealing our cheese) just got 2 custom armored Prevosts to travel around in while he's "not campaigning".

the part i didnt understand was that it was only 1.1m dollars. doesnt seem too much for an uber armored prevost that i am sure must have some pretty nice insides as well as comm gear.
seems like we got off cheap as taxpayers on this one. too bad newell didnt bid on it....

OK, I'm a little slow....I get it.....The Magical Misery Tour.
I agree, Tom......how could they only cost $1.1 million each? Sounds a little low to me....by about half.

OK now I get it...It would be nice to know if Newell did get a chance to bid on it..The coach was converted by Hemphill Coach in Nashville. They do a LOT of work for entertainers....I believe the Bush family is among their clientel. We just spent a week in Nashville...I saw several nice Prevosts at the Prevost dealer there. Our nephew is in the music business there so we spent a fair amount of time with him getting the "Insider's" tour.
