Yes, Newells were built in this size range, but are difficult to find today.
The original Newells (the company was founded in 1967) were all gas-powered, front-engined coaches in the 25 to 30 foot size range. While the rear-engined coach was introduced in 1970, front-engined coaches of approximately 30 feet in length were built until 1976. However, given the popularity of the innovative rear-engine diesel models (Newell was the only rear-engined, diesel powered Class A until the early 1980s), few front-engined coaches were built in the from about 1972 through 1976. In addition, because of the typically comparatively short life of the gas engines and the lower resale values of these models, not many are still in use or available to purchase.
The shortest rear-engined coaches built by Newell were about 35 feet long in the 1970s and about 37 feet long in the 1980s. These shorter coaches were built only in very limited numbers.
