Default What do these valves control?

There are 2 ball valves just forward of the drive axle on the PS. The device on the right with 2 wires is a low pressure sender. To the left and above that there appears to be a pressure reducing valve. I doubt they are involved on the brake system! Mayabe to close off the line to the front 110v compressor for service?

Any ideas
