Plumbing is not my favorite job. I was waking up my coach after storage & had three water leaks. Two were obvious & I fixed quickly. The third one I couldn't figure out. I called Newell & spoke with Tommy Key. He gave me a strategy for isolating the leak and identifying the source. Once I identified the source I was able to find a slightly loose connection to the sink faucet in the 1/2 bath. I post this to remind Newell owners of this wonderful resource we have to help us. For those considering a Newell purchase I consider the 24/7 tech support worth the price of any coach you buy. Thanks again Newell & Tommy Key!
There can be no better 24/7 service support than what Newell Offers. They have rescued me numerous times. Our coach is 18 years old and they still amaze me with their quick knowledge and direction to assist me through different challenges. They are the best, bar none!
