8V92 Inframe Rebuild Cost

I spoke with a friend who just had his 8V92 rebuilt by a shop here in Southern California and thought I would share the cost. This was done on the west coast, which has a higher then normal labor rate compared to the rest of the country. What I was told is that 13-15K is a normal rebuild cost but I cannot confirm this.
