Gaggenau Burner removal
Does anyone know how to remove the electric elements mdl. km132714 gaggenau service says there's a secret but wont say, some customer service! any help would be appreciated Brian

Wish I did. I looked at the book on my Gaggenau electric cooktop and while there is a wiring diagram, there is absolutely NO information on disassembly of the unit itself.

It might be a long shot but you might contact Newell Tech Support to see if they know. Otherwise, I would start checking with local appliance repair shops. Gaggenau is a fairly uncommon (and expensive) brand so it may be difficult to find someone with knowledge of the disassembly process. I am somewhat surprised at Gaggenau's reluctance to tell you how to disassemble it.

they say its because one of their techs gave the wrong info and ruined a unit followed by a lawsuit well i kept looking at it turns out theres two screws on the bottom and two under the gas burners then the top comes off thanx, Brian
