Doctor Visits while fulltiming?

When fulltiming, what are some suggestions regarding keeping prescriptions current, doctor visits, etc. I don't have any major problems, just the usual stuff. But Donna has high blood pressure and because of that she has some concerns about getting her medications. What are good ways to handle that without having to come back to our home base 1-2 times per year?

We aren't fulltiming but when we have plans to be away traveling. I always schedule a doctors visit before hand. My doctor has always been good about giving me a longer prescription. With Walgreens being a chain I can easily call a location nearest to the rv park we are visiting or area we might be traveling in and I've never had a problem having a prescription filled.
