Did Newell build mid entry Coach through all the years?
I see it appears early Newell coaches were all mid-entry and then at some point the factory added front entry's to the line-up. Some years I have studied over at www.newellshowcase.com all appear to be front entry. The wife likes the mid-entry the most except on certain models the kitchens appears maybe smaller.
Thanks for any helpful info.

You are correct. Newells were mid-entry from the beginning until 2004. A few front entry 2004 models were built but most were still mid-entry. Coach 701 is one of the first front entry Newells. It didn't take long for the transition to front entry to occur. By mid 2006, most of the Newells were being built as front entry. A few mid entry Newells have been built since 2008 but not many. I know of at least one 2010 and one 2012 Newell built with a mid entry.

Spitz, this ebay link above Steve has posted appears to be a nice-one, It might be a better deal than the one over at Panterra. And it's is a Quad-Slide! Don't know if the reserve is crazy or not?

You are correct, this is one of the last 2003 models built. I should also add that Newell frequently builds 1 coach with a new variation of design or equipment to test it out then holds off producing more until they can make sure that everything works well. For example, did you know that Newell built a tag axle coach in 1974? They only built one and then didn't build their second tag axle coach until 1986, 12 years later.
Also note that the listed VIN is not correct for that coach. The A following the 1N9 (Newell) should not be there and if the coach is 676, the last digit (7) is missing.
