Escapees membership?
Has anyone joined the Escapees membership?
Looks like they have 15-50% off rates at quite a few RV parks. It also looks like these discounts are for daily, weekly, or monthly rates. Not just a couple days like Passport or Good Sam, etc.
It might be a good way to save as we travel.
Thanks.

Forest, we joined about 6 months ago. I think it is just another arrow to have in our quivers. We have Escapees, Passport America, Good Sam, AAA and charm....lol. Many fulltimers join Elks as they have at many of their lodges hookups, and the cost to use them if you are a member is $5-10/ day.....we are thinking about that option, also.

Not yet Steve. But in March we plan to escape the heat + humidity!
Haven't sold the house so we'll have to return every couple months (really to see our granddaughter!)
I sent you a pm about solar panel questions.

Forest, we have been Escapees for 11 years. Great bunch of folks. I have stayed at a number of their parks and received a great discount at other parks. I am glad that such an organization exists.

Welcome back Michael!
Escapees sounds like what will work best for us. Most of the other discounts clubs (Passport, FMCA, Good Sam) only are good for a couple days.
Once we reach nicer climates we'll want to stay around for a week or month.
Do the Escapees clubs take advance reservations or first come....?

Thanks Forest. They are typically first come/first serve. You can generally call ahead and they will have a pretty good idea of how busy they will be but no guarantees.

Hi Wally!! We miss you and Phyllis. If you get back down to Texas, stop by. We are just down the road from the La Hacienda RV Park.
