New guy introduction
Hi. I'm John Wayne. Just found the site. Thought I was all alone out here loving my 74. Had it for 9 years, completed many many improvements and updates. Anyone out there who is still in the debating mode whether to buy an older Newell or a newer cookie cutter MH you won't be sorry to pass up the MH. I found it to be an excellent way to own very high quality on a limited budget. Been fulltiming for 13 years, totally residentally challenged. No end in sight. Probably not the typical Newell owner. Boondock exclusively except when volunteering for the FS.
