Default On a Newell quest?

Hi all! I'm on a quest to possibly purchase a 1990 38 ft. Newell, and would appreciate any feedback that anyone can give us as to dependability or drawbacks to this model year of coach? Would like to hear any comments or about experiences that anyone has had with this vintage era. Thanks in advance. Jeth

If its anything like a chevy then never buy the first year of a new design.

I don't think there is any major concerns with a 1990 Newell but then again I have never owned one and probably never will. There are a handful of owners on here and I'm sure someone can give you a little insight on your question. Matt who posted above does own from what I've heard an extremely nice Newell and like he said if you don't mind a full size Newell, then you can get a cream puff.

I have a friend who is interested in express1's Newell. I had someone send me a phone number of a guy whos supposedly has one in great shape. I'll be calling him.

A problem I'm seeing is establishing a fair value. Any advice?
