Finding Dump Stations While Traveling
I know there's various places to dump on the road like Flying J or other truck/RV stops, but do they have fresh water to fill up your tank a bit like parks do?

I believe most Pilot/Flying J's charge $10.00 to dump. If I use my frequent fueler discount RV card it's $5.00 off. If I use my professional driver card(CDL) I get $7.00 off.
$3.00 to dump isn't bad.

Hey, even $10 for a dump and fresh water is still a bargain.

If the Flying J has an RV island they will have fresh water, dump station, and probably propane is not that far removed either.

Fly J used to be free. They should offer free dumping and water with a fuel fill-up (or maybe a 100 gals of diesel) like they offer free showers to the truckers. Showers are up to $12 now.
Depending on state, some rest areas offer free dumping and water.

Most people can go 3-5 days on internal tanks depending on size of tanks and use. I trust the water at home and most campgrounds more than whats found on the fly. If you plan on spending most outings at campgrounds and not Walmarts, you will not need to be concerned about filling and dumping on the road.
