What is the value of a 2006 Newell Coach

Am looking at an 06 Newell Coach # 777 that's for sale in the classifieds.

So the million dollar question is. What would a very good price on this coach be? The seller is asking 479K, I'm not in a hurry just want to make sure I don't get to hurt if we make the purchase and re-sell it in a 3-4 years.

That's a real good price depending on condition. I have seen a few 06 go for mid 5's. Make sure you get all your systems and chassis checked

I agree with Larry, Good price but make sure you get everything checked out prior to purchase. Remember that there are no two Newell's the same. Every Newell Coach is custom built from the ground up and since Newell has no nada value associated with it your at the right place asking your question. Either way what you pay today will probably be more than what you will sell for tomorrow.
