Default Waste hose: lay on ground or put on trestle?

I'm noticing that some people like their waste hose just laying on the
ground, allowing a 'trap' to form where the hose rises to connect to the
Park's sewer. Others have elaborate trestles that support the waste hose to
help complete drainage.

What are the pluses & minuses of hose on the ground or on a trestle?

I use what you have called a "trestle" under our hose. It keeps waste moving because it is then all "down hill" to the sewer connection.

Some CG's and RV parks have rules on the way to use your hose. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine..
