Default Power problem circuit went down bad breaker possible?

Last night while watching TV I tried to run a toaster and the circuit went down. I flipped the breaker and it felt OK, but it didn't fix anything. It was late so I went to bed. There are 4 electrical outlets down. One in the bath, one in the kitchen, one overhead to me and the one for the TV. My gut feel is that it is a bad breaker just thought it might be wise to ask your opinions first.

Is all the 110VAC power out in the coach or just the outlets? If just the outlets, check for a tripped GFCI outlet and reset it. It may have tripped along with the breaker. Than again, it may be a weak breaker too, as you suspect.
