You will find the Newell coach build quality to be excellent, they are designed to go over a million miles. They build their own chassis, and you will not get the squeaks and rattles that cannot be repaired like you will in traditional cookie cutter frame rail chassis motor homes. That said, you are looking at a vehicle and a home so you will want to inspect them accordingly. You will want to make sure that all the running gear is in good shape (vehicle), and check the rest just like it was a house you were interested in buying. Keep in mind that the house part is fully self contained, you have your own power, water and sewage.
