Initial Impressions
We picked up our 1992 Newell two weeks ago and just completed a short trip (600 miles round trip). Our first impressions are very positive. We love the addition space, especially the huge bay storage. The 8v92 has great power. The large holding tanks are great. We love the instant hot water, the microphor toilet and the temperature controlled shower faucet.
Most of all we love the ride, the carrying capacity and the quiet, rattle free environment. More later but for now, I must go wash the road grim off of my new home.

I know how you feel Michael we love our Newell as well, After owning a Newell I would own nothing else. There is no comparison in quality etc. between Newell who builds what 48 units a year and lets say National RV who builds thousands. I would never own another junk motorhome again. Gotta love our Newell's!!

Any others full time in their Newell's. With this topic looking a little weak I'm going to guess that most Newell owners only use their coaches for pleasure part time. It would be very interesting to know if there are many Newell owners who full time?

Why don't you start a poll. There are 99 registered members on the site. I doubt that more than a few are full timers. If you would like help in setting up the poll let us know.

We have full timed it in our 2001 Newell for up to 16 mos at one time and have just returned last week from another 6 1/2 month run. We will be at our home base until March '07 and then make another 6 month tour. There is nothing like doing it up in a Newell Coach no matter what year you own. I have owned a couple of others and will probably keep this one as my last. I have also owned bus conversions and other motorcoaches.

All I can say is that once you have owned a Newell, nothing else will fit the bill unless it is another Newell. Now, if Newell ever makes one that floats, I will have seen everything.
