This is pretty amazing, 16mm video taken during WWII. The grandson of the camera man transferred the 16mm images to digital media after he passed. He wondered if any of the people in the videos were still alive, and did an Internet search and found the photo reconnaissance pilot of a spitfire that did a wheels up landing. Included in the video is the interview with the pilot.

Amazing I enjoyed it as well. That's neat the grandson did this and yes it does need to be shared. The internet has allowed for so much history and research to be shared it's great. I will pass it a long. Thanks for posting it Jon.
I commend the grandson for getting it out there and for finding this pilot. Nothing better when it comes to history caught on camera. Thanks for sharing it here with us Jon I liked it.
I sent the link off to an old motorcycle racing buddy of mine that is now a dentist in San Bernardino and he actually knew the doctor that took the videos...small world.
