Default 2000 Foretravel Unicoach U320 Looks Like a Early 90's Newell

What does everyone think here about this Foretravel looking a lot like a early 90's Newell? I think it would confuse plenty of people if it had a Newell emblem on the front. It just never dawned on me before even though I have been in a couple of Foretravels mainly at dealer lots or an RV show. Obviously Newell did not borrow from Foretravel but the other way around. I think the Foretravel is a very nice coach, what I'm surprised with, is that they don't offer at least one model with aluminum siding to compete more with Newell and or pull up slack lost by the defunct Bluebird Wanderlodge. Which I ask will Bluebird revive the Wanderlodge brand for a third time? Hey Indian Motorcycles came for a round three.

I was thinking if this coach didn't have the wedged lower valance area, if would look even more so like a Newell.Click image for larger version

Of course the basement doors are another giveaway of the difference too.

Very good Ken> When we bought our 94 Newell we were told by The Dodge Racing Division, that sponsored the Oreca Viper team from France (one of our first Big Championship team contracts) that we couldn't have any names on the Coach so ours never has had the Newell name on it. It was guessed as being a Foretravel more often than a Newell.

Wow the Foretravel really does have a lot of similarities on the exterior to a Newell coach.
