Series 60 Detroit
Just for information for all of you. My wife works at a rock and gravel crushing outfit here in Alberta Canada. They run The Detroit Series 60 diesel on their main generators to power the Rock crushers, conveyors etc. They just took one of their detroits in to have it rebuilt. It runs flat out 16 to 18 hours a day. It had 22000 hours on it when they took it in. If you fiqure 22000 hours at 55mph in your Newell that should be somewhere's at 1,210,000 mile coach? Quite impressive
