Warren native Don DiGiovanni takes his seat behind the wheel of Kid Rock’s tour bus. Special to the Tribune Chronicle / Bob Jadloski
DiGiovanni has been the musician’s driver for the last six years and will be with him tonight when he plays the Covelli Centre in Youngstown.

It could be said that Don DiGiovanni went into the family business.
His father drove a bus for Warren Transportation and with the charter bus company Suburban Transit. DiGiovanni used to wash buses where his father worked and said the first vehicle he ever drove was a bus as he moved them before and after scrubbing them.
DiGiovanni, 54, still is driving buses, but the passengers aren't workers or tourists; they're celebrities.

In my opinion that guy has some peoples dream job. It sounds like Kid Rock is a nice guy. If I were in this profession who wouldn't want to drive a tour bus over a semi truck?

Charlie Daniels has a Liberty about a 1998 and you won't believe this but he drives it himself.

Jack I remember reading somewhere that Charlie Daniels 1994 Liberty Coach had something like 1.3 million miles on it. I wonder how many his 1998 has? If he likes to drive it himself that tells you he enjoys driving in luxury.

Dustin,You are right I think that it is a 94,and he does have over 1,000,000 miles on it.

For me it's always impressive too hear, but we all know they were built to drive millions of miles.
